Snow...Neverending Snow...
Well, you know Micah and I are not big fans of snow, but here are some pictures of the massive amounts we have. These pictures do not do it justice- it was not even halfway done snowing when I took them!

12/13 Week Appointment
Micah and I went to my 2nd appointment and it went great! We got to hear our little one's heartbeat, which was an amazing sound. After my first appointment, we found out that I am a carrier for cystic fibrosis and Micah was tested to find out if he is as well. We just found out that he is NOT a carrier, which means that our baby has no chance of having it, which is definitely answered prayer. We scheduled our baby's full body ultrasound which will also tell us the gender! We will know two days before my birthday if we are having a boy or girl! YAY! My due date is June 23, 2009. I'm almost 14 weeks, which means I am almost in the second trimester! Sorry this is a bit of a ramble- I will continue to keep you updated!

More to come soon...
Sorry I haven't written recently...not too much has been going on. I feel like if I don't have pictures, I don't have a reason to blog! Well, I'm 12 weeks pregnant now and I am starting to feel better. I am still exhausted a lot of the time, but I'm over a lot of the sickness. We have another appointment on Monday and we can't wait to find out more about our little baby! I will definitely post an update after that and hopefully we will have some new pictures to share then!

Sorry it has been so long!!!!

I'm SOO sorry it has been so long since I have written! I have been waiting to let everyone know the good news- Micah and I are having a baby!!! We are so excited and blessed! I am due in June and I'm feeling pretty good- just tired and a bit sick, but nothing major. We can't wait to see what God has in store for us and this tiny miracle!

Fireproof
This weekend, Micah and I decided to see the movie Fireproof. We had some free movie passes, and there aren't any other movies we wanted to see. When we looked at the trailor for this movie, we thought it looked interesting and we actually drove about 30 miles away to see it (not many theaters up here will show the Christian movies, it seems). The drive was COMPLETELY worth it! This was an amazing movie about marriage and the way God intends marriage to be. Any married or dating people out there NEED to see this movie! The acting may not be the best (you know how Kirk Cameron is :-)), but you don't even notice it! Let me know if you have seen it!

This Weekend- With New Friends
Well, Micah and I finally decided to go and learn about the small groups (Life Communities) at our church. We found a group of young married people about our age and we have hung out with them a few times. This past weekend, we went to a party for one of the guy's birthday. First, we all went hiking to see Boston (from far away) with some of the leaves changing. You can't see too much of the leaves turning, but that should come in the next couple of weeks. We then went back to a couple's apartment and ate and hung out. At the bottom of the pictures, you will see that I brought the fruit. I decided I wanted to get an edible arrangement, but did not want to pay the money for it. So- I made my own! I understand now why they are expensive, but I would definitely make another one. Let me know if you need one!!!
